  Receives my food 30 minutes earlier than quoted. My food was not even hot and the Roast Pork Chow Mein tasted old. I still have it my fridge today so I can bring it to the manager. It taste like it's almost time to spoil. Very very very disguested.

  This company utilizes online ordering and allows for payments via web-order. I had to enter my full credit card information and received a confirmation email with said payment method. Upon arriving to pick up my order, a small child was running the front cashier unattended by an adult and said no order was received and that they do not allow credit card payments via the online ordering process. This is not the first time I have seen this girl multiple times at this restaurant. She is often left "in charge" of taking the orders and ringing customers out while an older gentleman is cooking in back. I am very concerned for both the small child "running" the front desk unattended by an adult, and especially the fact that I entered my entire credit card information online. Where is my card info being stored?! I had to RE-place my order and RE-pay for my order after I arrived. I am unsure if I have been charged twice or what is going on. I am uneasy that they have my credit card information now.

  I'm new to the area and ordered online for delivery. An hour later I still didn't have my food. I called to ask why. Their response was well the driver tried calling you and you didn't answer. I said well I never received a phone call. She said yes you did he called you. Ok well do you want me to drive there and show you my phone log? Then she said we have a minimum order of $15 and you only ordered $13. Umm ok then why did my order even get taken? And what does that have to do with the fact no one called me and you didn't deliver my food. Absolutely ridiculous. How this place is still open is beyond me. Never again

  Very Friendly service. My order was ready, correct and extremely tasteful. I did not see any uncleanness, equipment was older and well used, but everything acceptably clean. Don't understand some of the negative comments, perhaps bad day, or just naturally negative customers.
  We order from them on a regular basis and always have hot, good food. Timely and friendly service
