  Ordered my son's birthday cake a week and a half in advance. Lo and behold imagine my surprise on the morning we went to pick it up and they didn't have a cake made. We had printed out the confirmation to confirm we actually did place the order. The only explanation we got was that it was a miscommunication between whoever took the order off and whoever makes the cake. We specifically ordered a construction cake to fit the theme of my two year old's birthday. Thanks Cub Foods for greatly disappointed me and more importantly my two-year-old on his birthday. I will never again order a cake from Cub because obviously you cannot trust what you order will actually be ready

  Don't ever come here if you ever have to use the bathroom they will wrongly accuse you of stealing. They very wrongly accused me of just putting my wallet in my sweatshirt. I have been a long time customer there for years. Horrible store and horrible service. I will never come there ever again. Going to Hyvee.
